



Ingredients:
1. Chicken 400g
2. Egg 1
3. Sweet potato flour ½ cup
4. Red fermented bean curd ½ piece with ½ Tsp sauce
5. Sugar ½ tsp
6. Cooking wine 1 Tsp
7. Oil for frying
Method:
1. Cut the chicken into bite size. Add ingredients 4 to 6. Rub until the chicken absorbed all the liquid. Keep in fridge for at least 2 hours.
2. Mix the egg into the marinated chicken.
3. Coat with sweet potato flour, rest for a while before frying.
